Leap Day

February 29, 2012

Are you doing anything special on Leap Day?
Do you remember what you did 4 years ago?

Do you know that in Scotland, it used to be considered unlucky for someone to be born on Leap Day? In Greece it’s said to be unlucky for couples to marry during a Leap Year, and especially on Leap Day.

If you have no special plans for tonight, you can:
- watch a romantic comedy, such as Leap Year - see the trailer with Czech subtitles:

- read an e-book (e.g. Leap Year at the Coffee Shop by Michael L. Eads)

- listen to music, e.g. to the Dutch rock band Leap Day:

or take some photographs. If you are on Google+, you can also join the members of G+ LeapYear 2012 – Day in the life of G+ group.
So, have you decided?

You can read more about Leap Day at OxfordWords blog.
